To-199 Neophron shouldn't be able to carry Skyfire 19x FFARs as well as Scalpel 1x, Scalpel 3x and Scalpel 4x AGMs that are to be used only on combat helicopters/drones.
To-199 Neophron has it's own FFARs and AGMs in form of Tratnyr 20x HE/AP and Sharur (Kh-25).
Scalpel AGMs also break game balance as you can load 34 Scalpel AGMs at once on To-199 Neophron which is also not realistic at all.
