I am having this same issue. i have not removed my mods to test, but the m79 will not load rounds on my server.

Restarts on the server occur once a day, there were no such lags before.

How do I "Verify The Game data through Steam and delete the configuration files (I don't recall being prompted to do so).

Each small update makes this worse. I now cant launch the game at all as it wont maximize!!

Oh Geez, this seems to have worked! Deleted the folder contents, and Steam's verify found one file that needed to be redownloaded. After all was said and done I was able to open the game normally for the first time in quite a while.

You disabled the saving but the server already have saved vehicles and "load" is enabled. Just delete the vehicles.bin and .001 .002 files from storage, and set load=0.

Just had one where the player was knocked out while already disconnected but their character was still on the server. when they spawned back in, they were stuck laying in the prone position.

For the last month since 1.22 it happens to me randomly whenever I try to enter in the server.

Some kind of RAM leak, although at that time 10 of 16 gigabytes were occupied
