Yep, and that is exactly what my ticket described in detail when it was prematurely merged here by Geez. Please reopen my ticket as it clearly isn't what this one here says.
There's actually four watchtowers around the perimeter there that are placed too low into the ground so that you cannot climb down enough to exit the ladder.
Hello Samg381 and thank you for the report.
Can you try the following? Remove the Dayz folder in documents again and then launch the game with -nocharmenu launch parameter (Right click on DayZ in Steam library > Properties > General > Set Launch Options...).

Geez
I think this actually occurs when stepping over bodies of animals (and/or players?). I killed a chicken and cut it up and noticed if you stand on where it's body was this bug occurs. Not the items.

Seems to be fixed now. I don't experience this issue anymore in the latest offline build, version 0.63.146951.
I will try to make a video when I get a chance. One question before I continue though. This is a bug I found in the last .63 stress test. I get the sense that I may have posted this bug in the wrong place. But I wasn't sure as there is no specific category for .63 bug reports.
Logging out of steam and back in solves the issue. So just do that whenever it happens.
