It may have just been a case of "death by suppressed weapon" but thought I should post incase it was something relevant to the health system or an infected glitch. Another issue you probably know about it infected glitching through walls. I find this only occurs when they go into their swing/attack animation, seems to force themselves through the walls/doors.
