@Geez During 1.02 exp test i had the "no scream" infected thing which i posted in the comment above ^
also seen a streamer which had the flare audio not play for him but the other player.

Is this in towns or all over the map ? , have issue with poor GPU usage in towns 50-60 % which cause my fps to be lower than it should.
Just checking if you have something similar?

I cant remember if it was full or i drank it by not having it in my inventory.
Terrible bug report of me but i had something similar at least.
I just had the same experience fresh spawn looted a house in Novy Sobor found a soda, drank it and died.
