So when i launch the game and go into the server browser the GPU usage is fine and it reports good fps but when i hit the refresh my the fps dips to 1 and gpu usage goes down.
after couple of seconds the fps goes back up and so does the GPU usage.
This causes a laggy feeling for the background.
