you apparently send us the files from your documents folder. This folder unfortunately doesn´t include the files we need.
You need to send files from : "C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\DayZ\"
To get to this folder you need to enable hidden files in your computer.
Once you send these files we will be able to help you.

We are still working on this issue, but here are some advices how to prevent the crashing:
We recommend lower resolution of the game from 1920 x 1080, and also lower all of graphic settings.
Turn off all programs, anti-viruses, browser applications etc.
Note that it is only temporary solution we will get back to you as soon as we fix it completely.
