So your worthless game hasn't worked for over 5 months now and im getting tired of watching the same issues pop up here for it not to solve my problem over and over.
So here we go again with another one of these...
To put it simply, DayZ won't start/load/launch. Whenever I click play, Steam will say I'm playing DayZ and then a few seconds later it will pop up with...
"DayZ has stopped working"

Launching from the directory itself in admin mode causes it to popup with "Unable to locate a running instance of steam"
Fixes that dont work:
Verifying cache
Re-installing DayZ
Re-installing Steam
Deleting battleye
Deleting Appdata folder
Running as admin
Disabling desktop composition
Adding Dayz to the data execution prevention list
Adding "D3DX9_41" and "X3DAudio1_6" .dll files to the directory
Using experimental DayZ
Rolling back drivers on graphics card and sound
Updating drivers
Clearing the .blob
Playing around with start up commands
Launching from local files
Lets see if this will get fixed any time soon...
