Have you bought the tickets and then used them? Or have you not used them? Also you are not able to lose the special shotgun as you cannot lose any skin for the weapon in the encounter
I just loaded up before my encounter so I "bought" insurance and "more loot". It shows that I got both tickets. I played the encounter and ended up dying from radiation, but, I wasn't worried bc I got the insurance before the match. I died. The game then says " oh too bad you didn't get the insurance,it would have saved your load out.". Now I wasted my crowns and worse, lost my special issue shotgun. Please help me get it back plus my wasted crowns. Thanks for your help.

I have the same problem, error 0 on PS4 and PS5.
I also tried sharing wifi from mobile phone. and I even tried pc version on steam.
But with the same result: error 0

Hello Vigor, I’m still not able to enter the Shelter and keep getting Error 0. I’ve deleted the game, reinstalled it again 5 times, deleted the “LoadOuts_SaveGame”, updated to the latest update as well and still can’t figure out why I can’t enter the shelter and play? I tried both PS4 and PS5 too. Any solution anyone? Much appreciated

Please use English language to describe the issues you have experienced when writing feedback tracker reports in the future. As for the issues you have described, the crosshair (or lack of) is design choice and is as intended. The other issues we will look into.
