I have the "Kill 20 outlanderss during Encounters using consumables" and got 2 kills today using the Radiation Granade, however, the kills did not count towards my seasonal challange,

I have screenplay recording if needed.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Get a radiation granade
  2. Find an outlander that is not aware of his surroundings
  3. Throw the granade
  4. Corner the outlander so they cannot walk away
  5. Watch they perish
  6. Wait forever for the kill notification to appear as challenge accomplished (Spoiler alert: It never will)
