Hi, guys! For almost a week now, I haven't been able to log into the game. Every time I try to enter the shelter, I get an error connecting to the cloud service: "Error 0 during communication with cloud service".

I've tried using different DNS servers to connect my console with internet. I've deleted and reinstalled the game. But the problem still isn't fixed. I'm attaching a screenshot of the error, the ID, and the game version. My console is a PS5.

Please help me solve this issue!
