We have this same issue as well, when it happens it across all OFFICAL servers, community work fine. You have to keep closing the program and after a few times it works. I have logged a case for this as well today

Yup we had this issue last night as well, we lost 3 guys. Needs to be fixed

Iv reproduced this issue when looking at the online menu,
if the online menu is opened and then closed you cant move forward until you move backwards.
I thought it did it a few times in the inventory but I cant reproduce this bug there.

This issue seems like a pretty big problem to solve since it deals with loading zones on the PS4 which can be hardware constrained at times.

There really needs to be a way to distinguish human fat from animal fat. I've found taht either griefers and/or legit players commandeering a stash are causing problems (see below for what happened to me). It's that or a bug changing the type of fat, or disease bug (my character was wet), or hackers. On that latter note, I logged a bug months ago but nothing has happened (i.e. status change or comment):
