Vehicles freeze constantly on the PS4. It doesn't seem to matter where you are, in town or in the country. When this happens you can't do anything. You can steer, brake or look around. The freeze usually lasts from 5 to 15 seconds. Speed, gear or terrain have no bearing on this. It happens every time you drive.

Assemble any vehicle in Livonia on a PS4. Start driving and with 1 minute the vehicle will freeze and you will crash.

This issue seems like a pretty big problem to solve since it deals with loading zones on the PS4 which can be hardware constrained at times.
I'd like to suggest that cars be made temporarily immune to crash damage until this issue is resolved. I think this would go a long way to relieving player stress/frustration without sacrificing any major game principles.
The game freezing sucks, but the end result when you finally "come to" is the real pain in the ass.
