Besides the freezing in the vehicles, after crashing, I am unable to remove ruined wheels for cars. This has happened in 2 vehicles in the same night on the day of the 1.09 update. It felt like the cars took extra damage on hits, but I am unsure. The ruined wheels are stuck to the car. It didn't mention if this was a new feature in the patch notes.

Drive car into wall at fast enough speed to ruin wheels, minimal speed required honestly.

this happened to me in an Olga and Sarka. Lost both vehicles because of it.
