Knife Despawned When Swapping From Hands

Description

In the new 1.09 patch

  1. Initially had stake knife in hands
  2. Went to swap knife for a Kolt 1911 on a counter in a house
  3. Kolt moved successfully to hands.
  4. Stake knife did not appear visible on floor or counter where the Kolt originally was
  5. Checked vicinity but no sign of knife, it appeared to have despawned.

We have tested the issue according to the steps you have provided but were unable to produce the issue. Can you please provide some more details that could help us in producing the issue? (For example, the type of the building you have been in).
