I load in and the world starts populating for about a second then the game freezes completely. have to close the game and restart it. When I try to load in it does the same thing.

Click on the official server US - LA 2299 to load in...that's it. It'll freeze a second into world rendering.
Additional Information
Today, on my third or fourth attempt it rendered fine. This has happened since 1.09 dropped. Thanks.
