I've run into this before. Also it appears that in some cases you can lay down in a pond or a stream, be fully submerged and not drown.
I also noticed this bug shortly after identifying the tent issue.

This is not a bug, it's some kid trolling you.
You should:
- Expect to get trolled if you are ever publicly streaming.
- Always check your surroundings. You really should check the stairs and other areas as you're walking.
This is DayZ, expect that someone is always there. Your game time will be more fun.
I dont know how the server admin knew you duped. There's no way to tell in the logs.

Dear client,
We are currently deploying a follow-up patch that is resolving the persistence files not getting purged as intended.
Further more we would like to point out that the ability to issue #shutdown and #restart has been removed, why BEC restarts no longer are possible.
For BEC to function properly you will have to set the same password in the serverDZ.cfg (admin password) as well as the RCON password set through the available game mod on your DayZ server page, in our game panel.
Another thing we would like to point out is that Time Persistence will override any custom settings you may define, the reason being the time before the latest restart being saved and loaded - overriding anything you may configure. If you would like to set a custom time, we kindly ask you to turn time persistence off.
Persistence is currently being displayed as 'Enabled' in our config editor, it is setting the correct values even though this may be confusing.
We will be removing those options to avoid further confusion as they are currently not configurable by server administrators.
We are currently looking into adding a scheduler option in our game panel or a script alternative to BEC, we will keep you updated as we find a suitable solution.

It just crashed again while trying to join a server.
Cycling is possible by design. It still works in .58 stable.
Remove loot from building and depending on the timing loot will respawn immediately. Ultimately you can clear out a building, wait 30 minutes and new still will appear.
It's the design, they'll streamline it eventually.
Also, he managed to steal my shotgun and my splitting axe out of my inventory. You can watch it disappear in the video.
I can confirm this happens. I lit a fire with a friend, warmed up and then went off running. Less than 2 minutes later I was promptly cooling off and cold.
Can we get this fixed? Seems to me like it's a trivial map change and will save many hours of time wasted by the player base.

I would not recommend this. PBO's are checked on launch and you will be put in the "TO BE BANNED" list by either VAC and or Battle Eye.

Over the course of a few days surrounding 2014/02/20 it happened at least 3-4 times.
What even more weird is that I haven't crashed since then though. I'm pretty sure I ruled out local issues(contention on my desktop, etc) as after the first or second crash I ensured I killed/shutdown any non critical applications.
This is happening to me and other players too. Infact, last night all of my team members on team speak crashed at almost the exact same time.
It's like the server sent data the clients did not like and we all crashed.
Also had other situations where almost everyone dropped out on the server too. Something's buggy.
Would packet captures help? I can run a sniff until the behavior occurs.
I do not think this is a bug.
If you have a stack of 10 and get shot, or hurt yourself there's a chance only one round will be ruined.
You have to split the stack until you find the bad round(s) and then discard them.
I'm seeing this on .42.116181 as well.
So this is a bug then Accolyte? What is the fix? I think the behavior here makes sense.
Is this still an open issue? Most if all weird sounds with melee is fixed?
