Crouching or going prone while fists out no longer works

Description

Previous to 114926 if you had your fists out and tried to go prone or crouch, you would actually go prone or crouch.

However, with 114926 if you have your fists out and try to go prone or crouch nothing happens.

Took me five minutes of figuring out why my keybindings were broken before I realized it was due to my fists being out.

Steps To Reproduce

Put fists out and try to:

Prone
Go Prone
Crouch

Drop fists and try to:

Prone
Go Prone
Crouch

Not a huge deal - but random behavior changes like this cause a 'wtf'.
