Yes, i was just looking into this and saw the forum post about them removing it. however even though they have chosen not to support the modules any further (atleast thats what i got out of the statmenet) i feel that the modules should have been left in for us as the users to decide if they were worth using or not. If we want to use an unfinished module that we like as the community, why can't we have it?

Im not so sure about the vehicle part but i certainly agree with the fact that you should be able to perform some amount of first aid in a prone like position!

I have had similar issues with the transport AI. However, i have not had a successful transport unless using H-Pads for pickup and droppoff.

I have had similar problems with tasks. Except now it's anytime I start an MP session, my custom mission tasks won't show up for anyone else, even if they are present for the start of the match.

Have tested offline and all works fine, maybe a desync issue?

UPDATE: have just uploaded a sample misson for reproducing this issue. make sure to run in MP so you can hit ESC and respawn.

I have also uploaded sample missions for both east and west with actual and virtual supports.

Left clicking on the map will teleport you to that position in each scenario.

Try calling the support in both near and far from H-Pads to see the difference. (player starts 25m from an H-Pad in each mission)

Agreed, the existence of these mods does not warrant the removal of modding or servers. If you TRULY care about the military sim portion of the gameplay than there are more than enough tactical groups out there who do just that.

I second the motion that thine ticket is absurd.

Alot of feedback on this subject has been very informative and presented in a formal manner. However, there is also alot of comments which sound like children throwing a tantrum.

Being a long time player of ArmA I understand the issue and how sick we all are of "dealing" with it. But do you think the devs are going to hop on here and make a comment on this topic if people keep coming here just to threaten them with a demand for a refund? I don't think so, those threats to me are the equivalent of a kid threatening to hold his breath if he doesnt get what he wants immediately.

My points are as follows:

1.) Devs it would be VERY much appreciated if somone could atleast come out and admit that this is an issue that will be addressed.

2.) judging from the community that has been built around BIS games, I'm posotive that many individuals would be willing to personally pitch in to help resolve this situation if you would only just come out with it.

And 3.) Lets's all pitch in to reduce the threats against BIS and the blatent disrespect in many cases towards the Devs.

Agreed Raklodder, all of the ArmA series have been fablulous games but it is definately time to stop suffering from the same performance issues that have been experienced all these years.

I can confirm this aswell.

So far as I can tell it is the same for many different explosions apart from mines and grenades.

Have experienced multiple times in the vicinity of:
-Cars
-Heli's
-Satchels Charges

When it occurs it is always after an explosion of one of the above but after a few minutes the animation effect goes away. appears to be some sort of shockwave after effect.
