UPDATE: I bought a SSD storage. Samsung evo 850.
I cloned the old one to it and gave it another try.
No changing.
Somebody another hint?

I removed all the parameters, but still same problem. Letters very blurry and still no high-resolusion textures.

FIRMSneakydude: I already monitored my hardware (OpenHardwareMonitor), but nothing got more than 75° Celsius. thx anyway!

My current startup parameters are:
-exThreads=7 -maxMem=8192 -cpuCount=4 -noPause -noBenchmark -skipIntro
(with -newui => same problem)

Same here. Found out the reason are the startparams. delete them all and that kind of superlag is done. but fps are lower.

in life its allways possible to cheat.
but the question is, how much money / time / work would I use to get what I want?
this solution can be circumvented. but not without investment. therefore probably the most players would just take it and would not buy some super special sound equip to hack the game...

i didnt said to turn of teamspeak/skype etc.
i said to force enable ingame voip. so they cant talk, unless we can hear it. ;)

There is a reason for that.
In later versions you are able to fill it with water. therefore you may want to empty it, that you can fill it with the other fluid. depending on what you need at the moment.
and "empty canister" is on the first place of suggestions, because it is the only action you can do anywhere. you can't refuel if you aren't next to a trucks tank or fill it up if you aren't next to a petroil pump.

try -malloc=system in startparams.
it works very well (on my machine).
