When weapon in hands, not able to reload

Description

Tried that with Magnum and Mosin:

-Magnum: not able to reload when holding in hand.

         have to put it in backpack or pants or something.
         then I am able to reload it per drag an drop.

-Mosin: had Mosin in hand.

again I wasn`t able to reload.
when i pressed R for reload, my char did the "put away"-animation and mosin was gone.

Steps To Reproduce

Try to reload per drag and drop when weapon in hands.

NewOutlaw set Category to Ingame UI.

NewOutlaw set Reproducibility to Always.

NewOutlaw set Severity to None.

NewOutlaw set Resolution to Open.
