I can also aim down sights, but inventory is still ignorant of mouse inputs
I am not reporting on DayZ. But the objects referenced are shared from DayZ. Please pay attention before commenting, Goblinbutt, because assuming things are about DayZ and blindly downvoting can prevent issues on things like this from seeing light.

Another note to be added to this is when taking a weapon from an armory table, the original weapon is placed on the table but unable to be taken back. It doesn't show up in either the inventory screen or the action menu
I recently submitted a similar issue about the Buzzard. It seems the fixed wing aircraft are mislabeled entirely as "airplanex" like you said. This needs to be fixed so aircraft can properly respawn!
I've updated my drivers with a driver cleaner and directX. I haven't overclocked nor used speedfan to control fan speeds and I keep vsync off and shadows on low. This issue isn't a daily thing so I will come back if it happens again.
I have searched the folder and its subfolders and there is only one .bidump file. If it is a total freeze would it be able to make a crash log?
I agree this needs to practically be reversed. Sprinting should make your head move chaotically as it does when currently walking (with gun down yields most wobble). Casually walking doesn't mean your head lolls about limply; and if it's to simulate looking around, well that's what freelook is for.

Could do this with the default controls, no turbo or anything. Just using stance adjust (ctrl + wasd, z and x) you could duck in and out of cover - prone would be ducked all the way down, crouched would be peeking out/aiming, and standing could be relaxed sitting; and using the holster keybind (ctrl 2x) to toggle weapon readyness so that it doesn't ruin immersion when you're not in danger. You could even use Q and E to lean out for better angles/gangster points.
