I can't get swiminDepth to work at all, I've tried from 20 to -5.
setPos works to place divers underwater without issue.

The problem is that it spawns closer to you the more you aim down. If you aim down enough it spawns inside of the player and explodes.

In Arma 2, Careless was similar to using
this disableAI "AUTOTARGET";
Unless they changed it I don't see anything wrong here.
If you want them to react once they see you or you shoot at them set them to Safe.
Unknown, that doesn't sound like it has to do with behaviors, the AI might have just been bugging out, which would be a separate issue.
I think it's fine right now, if you're not full on sprinting you can jog for about 10-20 minutes with a gun, 7 magazines and a bunch of other miscellaneous things.
The weight adds up fast and you can carry more then you could in Arma 2, but the packs and vests look like they spread out the weight more evenly, I don't think it needs to be tweaked a whole lot.
People find the weirdest bugs.
This sounds like there isn't any zoom feature for turtles, I don't think they were expecting people to use turtles as an actual controllable player.
I can confirm this happens at the specified coordinates with weather set at the worst possible, picture added.
Looks like the textures aren't being rendered but the terrain clutter is.
I'd like to see this implemented on planes too, the little things make it seem more realistic.
If we could get trim along with that I would be impressed.
Sounds like a problem with the sound drivers for your headset, that or it's being strained, try listening to gunfire on Youtube and tell us if you notice anything similar.
Also try lowering the frequency the gunfire is affecting the most, using an equalizer.
Sometimes I see icons and windows being highlighted on my second monitor, I don't think the game actually captures the mouse cursor in the window.
For some reason this duplicated, original here: http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=1610
Is it about the same as this? http://oi50.tinypic.com/27xmgcm.jpg
Remember you can hold your right mouse button to further steady your aim.
The sensitivity on Xbox controllers is usually extrememly low, since it's difficult to aim precisely with analog sticks, but you also have to remember this game is made for mice and keyboard, and mice are usually set at high sensitivity.
One thing that could fix that is taking smoothing off completely.
A quick video would help to see if your game is bugged and is swaying more then it's supposed to.
With heavily magnified scopes you're going to notice movement a lot, I have a 9x magnified scope and it's impossible for me to keep it still unless I'm lying down.
I should add that not all of the scopes have been added to the game, there should be a lot more added later.
Performance fluctuates all over the place, but I've never actually seen anything go over 50% usage.
The worst performance I've experienced was trying to host a ten player server, CPU usage wasn't going over 3%, GPU hovered around 5% and I was getting 7 fps.
I tried lowering view distance from 3000 to 900 and it went down to 5 fps.
It's almost like the game uses less resources the more it needs.
Singleplayer performance stays around 40 fps with all the settings up (minimum and maximum settings don't effect fps by more then 10 or so.) but it stutters a lot in some areas.
I tried all the Arma 2 tricks like -cpucount and -exThreads, High/low settings doesn't even switch the load from cpu to gpu, it's just shit all the time.
AMD FX-8150 (4.2Ghz)
16 GB RAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10700)
EVGA GTX 480 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 (All standard clocks)
Since it's not using enough resources to get it to up the clock change your graphics card settings to always stay at maximum clock and see if the game runs smoother, I know it won't help with usage but it will probably help with performance.
I found the area you we're talking about Snipman, I would change the summary and description to describe them as pre-placed but there isn't any edit feature.
I'll add the tag for the airfield, in-case anyone else found the bug through that area.
