This only happens at the Kamino firing range and only when shot at, I placed a shooting position in the editor and it doesn't react to bullets.

Only when fired at, does not react to explosives.
I remember having issues similar to this in the ArmA 2 3d editor when I changed the height of objects, this possibly has to do with placement.
I've also seen this happen at any pre-placed "Shooting Positions" [ie. Already placed on Stratis map].
Shooting range located on SE part of Stratis Airfield also exhibits this behavior of "flipping."
I found the area you we're talking about Snipman, I would change the summary and description to describe them as pre-placed but there isn't any edit feature.
I'll add the tag for the airfield, in-case anyone else found the bug through that area.

spend a full mag and tell me if it flipes up, if it does flips, then you would see how its also unvisible from the other side
