I've tested the latest fix on both live and Dev branch build 145402 and the fix works for all but a few vehicles. I've listed those vehicles below.

Yeah this behavior has always been disappointing. It normally isn't much of an issue because military vehicles have fewer camo patterns and there is no "random color" option like on most civilian cars, so everyone sees the same thing. However, on missions that use civilian cars more extensively, such as co10 Escape, role playing games, and even King of the Hill, it can even be frustrating to see a different color.

I meant to reply to this a while ago, but after many hours of dedicated server hosting tested with several different missions on several different maps, I have not had a single server crash so the fix worked.

I haven't had a chance to play Arma 3 since that last session so I haven't had a chance to try it out the latest hotfix, but I will test more as soon as I can to see if I still get server crashes. I have contacted NeoArmageddon, but he hasn't replied to me.

Is Valve aware of the issue? Should I make a report on their support page?
I'm sorry I'm not sure what you mean by the first sentence. If I delete the mods from the steamapps/workshop/content/107410 folder after the mod is transferred to the Arma 3 folder everything seems to be working fine. Is there a reason why this can't be done automatically?
I fixed this issue a while ago. It was a problem with an incorrectly configured mod/mission. Can I close it?
