Additionally by using this method of being able to use only 1 slotai and adding the repeated respawn delay reduces the stuttering effect of spawning large amounts of AI when you crossover the area threshold.

Under 1.2 and earlier versions, it was highly likely to get duplicate names when copying and pasting entities. I had over 100 duplicate named entities one time. The easiest solution was to remove the name of the entity. This didn't cause a VME in earlier versions. But in 1.3 as you said this is expected behavior. Which is ok, as long as 1) I know it is to be expected 2) Your algo's do a better job at copy and pasting entities and don't cause duplicate names.

Demonstration of problem.
Entering the area/layer and exiting restores the layer but with the same slot every time.
This seems to occur when you exit "Play" mode in the WB. Unfortunately I can't test fully due to the workshop being down, and unable to upload to it.

UPDATE:
- The issue is the vehicle does not despawn with the AI. Only the AI despawns.
- Then when the dynamic despawn reactivates, the AI spawn but not in the vehicle.
