If you have AI driving a vehicle using scenario framework, and the dynamic despawn is activated, the vehicle does not despawn but the AI does. This causes the vehicle to continue to drive. When the dynamic despawn is activated again the AI spawn back in, but are not in the vehicle, and start to patrol on foot.
