Feature Request: Make Object Properties pinnable next to Hierarchy Pane

Description

In World editor, unsnap the Object Properties pane, drag it next to Hierarchy Pane and snap it in place. Then you have 2 long columns next to each other, and it is more efficient to work.

  1. Grab the title bar of the object properties.
  2. Drag the Object properties pane next to the hierarchy pane.
  3. Double click or wait for the blue column to appear and snap in place.
