[Scenario Framework] No hint on dedicated server

Please provide the following when creating the Ticket:

Modded?: No (Yes/No)
If modded, please list the mods:

Issue Description:
Using the scenario framework action showhint the hint does not display when using a dedicated server. The hint does display in WB, SP, and Local host mode.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Create a scenario using the scenario framework components.
  2. Add the scenario framework action "show hint"
  3. Publish the scenario.
  4. Set up a dedicate server to play the scenario.
  5. Join the server.
  6. The hint does not display at the time it should.
Additional Information

The action "Popup Notification" does display on a dedicated server.

Hellom, Further information is needed. It is possible that your specific setup is the cause of this issue because it was tested internally and hints are working as supposed in the dedicated server environment. Ideally ZIP file with the setup that can be tested or a video showing such setup. Thank you very much.
