My Xbox username is Apardi 1337, if that information is necessary or helpfull in any way.

To clarify further, this is on an official xbox server.

You keep information on the servers and just use the bot to calculate the required code and there will be information about the accounts of those who were in contact with the boxes with the error and block them all and preferably by console id so that they remember this

Sooo, if you can't remember the last server you were on you are SOL? Does anyone know if there is a way to look up the last server I was logged in to on Xbox?

This is still an issue after the latest hotfix.

Is there any update on this? This is a significant, game-breaking issue that heavily impacts player immersion. It would be great to know if there are any plans or timelines for a fix.

There was a clean up of bases caused by duplication methods in parts of the map.

This gate inside crate glitch needs patched and a player wipe needs to occur for it to be totally gone. Patching duping would also slow it down before another method pops up.

Please help us… these guys are ruining the game for the rest of us.

I second this. The game is too cartoonish. Ballistics ought to be realistic too, and player movement should be slowed down.
