When trying to reload your weapon after just loading in or performing multiple actions since the last time you loaded your weapon, there is a chance you will not be able to reload under pressure because the Y button will not work to reload the magazine, the only remedy is to drop the weapon and pick it back up.

Steps To Reproduce
Have any weapon in your inventory with it’s corresponding magazines, after logging out and back in on a hard log out, you may not be able to reload your weapon until you have interacted with it via dropping it on the floor, or taking an attachment off and putting it back on.
