It seems to only happen when picking FN45 off dead players. Did a test last night when we killed player, picked his 45 off him loaded perfect mag in got click. Grabbed a 45 off a bed, loaded same mag and it fired.

Yes, please do not report opinions and wishes, only bugs. There is a forum for wishes and opinions :D
There is already a bug filed for this and it seems like global chat and not side chat due to everyone is server can hear the person.
I find either double selecting 1 - 9 or Holding 1 - 9 does the trick, but the response for 1-click i think needs tweaked for sure
@scrahn, yes I'm pretty sure because my crew (8 man) all crashed at same time when player began talking in global
@Bryan, its a cosmetic issue, in SDLC cosmetics are last to be cared about :D
It seems when a player dies and does not respawn or when a player goes unconscious and tries to talk all players in server can hear player talking in Voip. Also seems that when player is talking in global it kicks some players from server.
