When a player is dead or unconcious, player is able to talk in global and when that happens mass players are kicked from server.

can confirm that i heard someone spamming global voip and then a load of players got disconnected.

Ya sure they didn't just disconnect due to irritated by the guy talking in global?

Had similar symptoms as to what the original post describes happen twice. Hear someone's mic (middle of no where, too loud to be direct chat), 20 seconds to a minute later, game crashes.

@scrahn, yes I'm pretty sure because my crew (8 man) all crashed at same time when player began talking in global

Me and my friend experienced the same thing. Someone started to talk in VOID and at the same time friends game crashed and about 10 players "disconected".

Don't know what was going on.

Person broadcasting on VOIP seems unaware they were doing so.
Random Global VOIP often followed by a tone accelerating in tempo (like an engine accelerating)and a finally game crash.

I've crashed when someone started VOIP in global, both times it sounded like the person speaking was lagging, and right after the game crashed.
