This is why we need clarification on the workflow of this ticket system. There should also be a guide so we have a better idea of how our tickets are categorized and responded to.

I just encountered the same issue for the first time with my 6900 XT on Driver Version 21.30.23.04-211216a-376209C.

Have you checked your system logs in Windows Event Viewer for any Critical Events that have to do with this crash? Any memory dump files left over from a BSOD?
You can change the ticket category to Visual - Weapons.

It would be useful to know the actual workflow of these tickets. E.g. Is Reviewed a separate workflow path coming out of New, or does it come before Assigned?

There are no such files under the directory or subdirectories that you listed. Are these hidden files?
Just happened to me. So I'm playing Domination on -SAS- server and fly a UAV from the MHQ. When it gets shot down, I lose control of a lot of keys, such as directional, escape menu, inventory, stances, lookaround (alt), but I can still talk and use team key (u).
Opening and closing the Steam Overlay does not remedy the problem. The only way to end it is to restart the game.
This was a common problem in ArmA II, and I'm surprised that this has reappeared in ArmA III. Perhaps the bug is in the game mode.
