What does it mean, "Assigned", "Reviewed"
May be add info about that on https://feedback.bistudio.com/w/fthowto/
It would be useful to know the actual workflow of these tickets. E.g. Is Reviewed a separate workflow path coming out of New, or does it come before Assigned?
a number of tickets have actually been fixed, but are still listed as "open" in the bug tracker. for intance, T165329
