Year, but the most of us use the mouse to control the chooper and use a key for freelook. I don't like to control the land vehicle with my mouse.

Separate mouse sensitivities for infantry, ground vehicles and air vehicles!

Everywhere I read "we want more realism" or "arma is a military simulation", but no knifes?
Thats a "normal" weapon in warfare, and no weapon for casual games.
There is no need for melee kills like in other games you are referring to.
For newbies like me, it's very confusing at the beginning.
So much key bindings and for example you enter a vehicle like in no other game I know.
But after 1-2h, playing the showcases and testing everything, you know the most of the keys and functions.
And with a tutorial in the final version there should be no problem with learning the basics.
A tutorial would be fine.
They are just sleeping until the next fight.
So it's no bug, just a feature for tired soldiers!

It's better than bevor, but the size is now a little bit to large.

But I think there should also be a seperate mouse setting for each vehicle and infantry.
