This issue still exists.
As said by Fireball, it's just lens flare.

User-placed walls and some other object also fall over when people drive near them in dedicated servers.
This problem still exists...
Switch move now just switches the player's animation from hands up for a moment, then back to normal.
player playMove "AmovPercMstpSsurWnonDnon";
Is still bugged.
