DayZ Requires a Direct X 11 compatible GPU. GeForce GT 340 does only support Direct X 10.1 therefore DayZ cannot be played with this GPU.

Other players experiencing this issue also reported that they are on polish UPC. They have been able to resolve the issue by contacting the provider and asking them to change the internet protocol from IPv6 to IPv4.

It appears that there is an issue with the DX11 initialisation which results in the game not launching. According to the dxdiag you have a cpu with integrated GPU in addition to your GTX 1070 GPU. Can you try to force DayZ to run only off the 1070 GPU and let us know if it had any effect on the issue?

Are you using any startup parameters in the game? If so, remove them as they are not supported and may cause various issues. Have you tried to verify the game integrity through steam? And can you try to re-install the game in case you haven't tried that yet?

Until version 0.61 everything was good. After 0.61 update Steam Overlay doesn't work.
