For a moment I believed it could be something about internet connection but I also use one of the highest connection speeds in my country (Brazi) and I play on Miami MI0000 servers specifically with 120ms ping (unfortunately we in South America do not we have servers available) and the problem always occurs.

If the structure has a base floor the body often enters and is below that floor making access impossible

This happens often and the body is often not only inside walls but inside structures that cannot be accessed

The game has been out for a really long time if you include when it came out for PC and one would think that the majority of the bugs would have been fixed by now.

The voip is fundamental for playing the game and not having voip enabled is killing my game experience and making it impossible to play. I will look into legal actions if necessary. The issue with inability to pack the tents that were pitched on uneven surfaces has been fixed internally and will appear on the public version in one of the upcoming updates.

We have tested this thoroughly. Regular hits by zombies do not seem trigger level 3 bleed. The character bleeds quickly but it is not a level 3 bleeding. Barefoot / Bush damage also seemed correct to us.
Is it possible that there are some other circumstances which play role in producing the behaviour you have described?

Can you please describe the issue you are experiencing in more detail? Are you being kicked out of the server upon joining? If so, does any error appear? Does this occur only on a specific server, or do you experience this issue on multiple servers? Is this on a community server or official one?
And can you describe the issue with the buggy gas canister? What is exactly the problem with the gas canister on your character that leads you to believe it could be related to the issue?

Are you in some kind of party chat by any chance? As the the players in the game will not be able to hear you if you are in ps4 party chat.
