Playstation 4 version- server NY-2707

The game froze after I spent 2 days putting a vehicle together (the car was loaded with supplies).
After driving during the night, I switched to First-Person mode while I was driving. The game froze one me (car was going 30 miles per hour), but my in game friend still saw me moving (on her screen).
The car hit a pole, I went to get a new radiator (took 10 mins), when we came back the car vanished (we were the only 2 on the server). Lost everything that we collected.
