When players crash servers duo to duplicating items (I guess) cars appear upside down and the car parts like spark plug and radiator or battery go ruined. If players duplicate a lot at once (causing the server to crash many times) the cars go ruined. Fix duplicating or make sure it doesn't affect cars because that's all what gets affected by players crashing the server. BTW, the official server EU DE 0900 is being constantly exploited for that matter and it has been for a long time.
