The compass is big on when outside the map so you can use it to call out bearings. This is something that is critical for anyone who plays ArmA 3 with a high level of strategy. I do agree the compass is small in the map and hard to read when you expand it, but seeing as most bearing orientation is done outside the map it is pretty pointless.
YES! LET'S GET THIS GAME BANNED IN GERMANY!!!
I don't know, but I feel pretty confident that all fighter jets have some means of separating the pilot from the aircraft without him just jumping out and taking his chances.
To add to this, there seems to only be American voices to choose from when customizing your character, why no Brits or any other NATO country?
It was a function in ACE, but I haven't seen anything about it in ArmA 3. I know there is a way to do it with script, but I'm terrible with script. I personally hope they add more stuff for the infantry-helicopter interaction, especially with the new buildings on altis that would be perfect for teams to fastrope onto the roofs of and clear from the top.
How many tropical islands do you know where it snows?

They should just incorporate an ACRE-like module so you had the option to have it or not, this idea would then be added to said module.
I agree, I would love to see a realistic wounding system, but unfortunately that may be something ACE 3 will have to provide. The idea is what would help launch the game into a higher level of simulator. The US military had a program some years back to make a new "uniform" that would track your vital, and would even restrict blood flow to areas that were wounded. When a medic would come to treat the soldier, they'd get a diagnosis on their patent thus speeding up the process of aid. It is very unlikely this feature will be added to ArmA 3, but maybe mods or future installments will.
