Lights are able to be destroyed by shooting them, it just takes a lot of damage to do so.
You can't seem to "Eject" from helicopters as it is, but you can certainly jump out of moving vehicles. Double Tap V by default.
Firing an LMG in any position other then prone is absolutely retarded, especially if you're trying to full auto. This isn't Call of Duty or Battlefield where you have the recoil compensation of a brick wall. Shooting while standing/moving is very maintanable and is meant for Short range. Crouching is Mid to Short, and Prone is for long range engagements.
At least learn how a rifle would work outside of a game before you complain about a SIMULATOR.
As with everyone else, tough titty. The developers themselves have said they weren't going to dumb down anything to make it more casual for players. There's a reason it's PC exclusive. If you want a simple shooter, go play Battlefield 3.
Confirmed on this, just tested it myself. Tried landing while going 130km/h and just stopped on a dime, taking zero damage as well.
This would be a nice update, since it does get a little clunky having to bring their weapon over, drop the attachment to your gear, bring your weapon back over, detach the gear, then attach the new gear. If we can drag our attachments into the enemy inventory right from the start, why can't we do it vice versa? +1 to this.
SLI as well, GTX 560. I'm guessing it's due to SLI, and hopefully either an SLI profile will be released later, or it'll get fixed.
