Description

Not having a jump out option in moving vehicles hinders what we can do, like jumping from choppers with parachutes (there are no parachutes yet)

You can't seem to "Eject" from helicopters as it is, but you can certainly jump out of moving vehicles. Double Tap V by default.

It may just be disabled currently till they can fix the vehicles in general.
