@mepwaygame those animations is triggered by codes by putting in the inti section of an AI. Which isn't some stupid key press.

VBS2 already simulated this, for many problems. (Copyright, as well VBS2 is extremely expensive, which if BIS put those features in Arma, there are no needs of VBS2 which BIS will suffer in it's income ). I doubt BIS wouldn't even use it on Arma series.

the ceramic panel in the vid seem to be an IV level Panel.
Pretty easy block if it was an IV panel.

But one part in your post i bet should be changed/fix/approve/adapt.
the Helmet even from now can't stand with rifle rounds.
There are some special case that the bullet bounce of the Helmet or just graze.
But 90% the Kevlar Helmet will be penetrated by a rifle rounds.
However sure that the 9mm or .45 wouldn't even penetrate the Helmet.

a plate carrier can stand for 4-5 shoot is true.
A normal plate carrier with a IV Ceramic Panel could block several 7.62X54R shot.
But not III, II, I level Plate Carrier.
Different level have different weight, size, and defense level.The higher rank it is, the heavier but as well the increase of the defense.
A IV plate carrier that can't even stand for a rifle shot? It must be WW2 Ceramic Panel.

Up vote, but i prefer to be optional.
Being fun/not boring, or to be realistic is always hard to maintain, so why don't make it optional, let's player/host decide!

+1 too, it will provide a better simulation while playing as a sniper, even though the PIP may cause lost of quality(Image/Texture Quality). :)
