I had the exact same issue while using the M.C.C. Sandbox mod. Upon deactivating the mod and restarting the game the issue appeared to be resolved and the AAF officer began speaking to me without him or his men opening fire.

I just noticed this issue today as well, glad to see I didn't have to start a new issue ticket. Added my screenshot as well of the incorrect right 90 degree, vertical orientation of the Ifrit driver's left mirror.

I can confirm this as well, tried it in several locations. Firing through windows only works for me when the building has been damaged and thusly the glass from the windows has been pretty much removed.
Confirmed. Tried multiple times to wear the Opfor Hex clothing from many dead enemy infantrymen in several missions and the editor. Also same for Opfor trying to wear Blufor clothing.
Tested in Singleplayer and Co-op.
I can tell you now if you've been paying attention, many of the 6.5mm firearms use Caseless ammunition, which does not eject shells at all.
I have seen shells eject from non-caseless weapons but none on the ground afterwards.
This also seems to be the case for other vehicles that supposedly have the horn option. Such as the civilian offroad and the Ifrit.
I've seen this occur in the village north east of the airfield in Stratis. The pillars of the gas station overhang turned purple after severe explosive damage.
I've been having this same issue. At one point it took 3 or 4 direct hits from a 40mm grenade launcher on the Hunter GMG to kill one infantryman.
I've also noticed that regular fragmentation grenades don't do much damage to players either. Two near/direct contact explosions were not enough to kill myself after literally hopping onto/standing next to them just before they explode.
I was going to make a topic but luckily found this one first. The squeaking tires should only be applied to ground vehicles when breaking abruptly at higher speeds (Perhaps above 50 or 60 km/h?) on pavement/concrete.
