If your BLUFOR and you kill someone thats OPFOR you cant fully put on all of their clothes, only their gear, If you could wear everything this would be good for Special operations missions players could pose as the other team and Infiltrate bases, etc

this works the other way around aswell OPFOR > BLUFOR

but Civilians can wear OPFOR's and BLUFOR's full clothes / gear

this was tested in the editor, im not sure how it is in MP
