it doesnt happen only oc cranes it happens on all ladders on random basis...i got killed climbing a ladder at least 20 times since i got the game

Same here the only solution i found for that is to log out then back in...i died 2 times because of it i was not able to use the bandages...

CONFIRMED HERE happen to me to...always when i find a can of sardines its invisible in my inventory i can see that the item is ocupying the space in my inventory but is invisible like with no textures on
that bullshit m4 supresor is just for cosmetics
