Went running to Elektro and it spawned me to someplace back and I could not move... happened just few minutes ago on new server version

Disabling clouds in the options makes the problem disappear.

Not even the newest patch fixes this.. Its really annoying

Is it because the servers are under DDOS attack?

I have AMD 7870 2GB and the performance in Cherno and other cities is awful... In the new Cherno area it is unplayable...combine that and melee hit detection it is impossible to play on locations like new Cherno.

Turning down the brightness a bit makes the problem go away

Added a new screenshot of reflections on the sea... the problem goes away by turning the brightness down under 50%
