Whenever I load the game and look at the character screen the sun looks weird... please look the screenshot I included... Sometimes when I look at the sea and see the sun reflection it looks like a black hole. {F28267} {F28268}

Added a new screenshot of reflections on the sea... the problem goes away by turning the brightness down under 50%

Confirmed - Looks the same as your screenshots, only happens occasionally when looking at the sun, wondered if it was supposed to simulate getting dazzled.
